Here are some of the recipes I use as part of a low-fat, low-sugar, high protein diet. And as a reluctant cook, I look for meals that are also easy for me to prepare.
Some of the following I have adapted from other recipes; others I just made up. When eliminating fat, I found it helps to add back in as much flavor and "crunch" as possible - it keeps the tongue so busy it doesn't notice the absence of fat!
