On a low fat diet, steak is a rarity - but I discovered the fat content in this Tyson's product is remarkably low. Or for a vegetarian meal, you can substitute Morningstar Farms "beef' strips - they taste just as good!
1 package Tyson Seasoned Steak Strips
Nonstick cooking spray
Frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 large flour or whole wheat tortillas (shop for the ones with the least fat content)
1. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Stir fry vegetables 3-5 minutes.
2. Stir in hoisin sauce and steak strips. Cook 2 more minutes or until heated through, stirring continuously.
3. Place equal portions on warm tortillas, fold bottom edge up and wrap.
You can also try this recipe over rice, instead of in the tortilla wraps. Still yummy!
