Fast and easy with plenty of spice! This recipe has no extra fat - just the amount in grilled chicken breast. I use prepared curry sauce, available on the international aisle of the grocery store. If it's too hot, you might consider diluting the curry sauce with chicken or vegetable broth.
1 package Perdue Short Cuts chicken strips
Nonstick cooking spray
1 package frozen stir-fry vegetables
1/4 cup curry sauce
Rice
1. Microwave vegetables according to package directions.
2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add chicken strips and curry sauce. Heat until warm; stir in vegetables.
3. Serve over rice.
