This recipe is quick and easy - and works great for lunch or dinner.
1 package Perdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted
1 can artichoke hearts (packed in water)
1/3 cup capers
Low-fat honey mustard dressing or vinaigrette
Large flour or whole wheat tortillas (shop for the ones with the least fat content)
1. In medium-size bowl, mix together the chicken strips and artichoke hearts, cutting or shredding them into bite-size pieces.
2. Add capers and dressing, mixing well.
3. Place equal portions on tortillas and wrap.
